CUTTING AND CHANNELING WITH LASER TECHNOLOGY

Technology before cutting with laser:

During the process of cutting with scissors and press strokes small cracks appear. These cracks cant be deducted most of
the time and this unnoticable markings can cause saws not operate properly when the weight loaded on the saws,because crackings are occuring on the center and the teeth of the body saws.

Technology with laser:

The above mentioned problems are minimized;in channels which are opened with laser cutting;technology.
KONIG is cutting the raw material on fully automatic Trumpf bsermachines. We are still working on 3 of own lasermachines 24 hours per day.

CORRECTION AND BALANCE QUALITY

Most firms are still using manpower to correct and balance procedures by hammering manually. Our company is still using
the full advantages of the technological investments of computerized full automatic machines for correction of balance. By
using these machines, saw balances are in much higher quality than manpower intervention. This aIlows us to produce saw
bodies without any defects, provide the smooth surface of the material at given dimension without any waste.
